The IG Riegel is committed to the building culture in the Sundgau, the Riegelbau.

Thanks to the preservation of the Allschwil village center, important achievements of the past can be sensibly used, communicated, further developed and maintained for the future.

Starting with the timber-frame loam building, the use of the surroundings begins early on: oak wood from the Allschwil forest and loam  from the ground form the basis of this building culture.

​

The IG Riegel offers exchange, mediation offers and discounts for care.

For example, IG Riegel has a 1:20 and a 1:2 Riegel construction model available that can be built in school classes or interested adults.

In addition, IG Riegel supports property owners in drawing up plans and recording the situation using digital means.
